Abstract
⺠cGMP as signaling molecule is involved in regulating polar auxin transport in Arabidopsis root. ⺠cGMP regulates the auxin influx and efflux carriers gene expression (PIN1, PIN2, PIN3, PIN7, AUX1, PGP1 and PGP19). ⺠cGMP affects polar distribution of PIN protein mediated by actin cytoskeleton. ⺠Ly83583 affects actin organization and localization. ⺠cGMP significantly affects Arabidopsis lateral root development.
