Abstract

âº Arabidopsis atr7 mutant is tolerant to oxidative stress, unlike its loh2 background. âº Platforms for qRT-PCR analysis of 217 antioxidant and 180 ROS marker genes employed. âº Stress-related transcription factors and antioxidant genes expressed better in atr7 under unstressed conditions.
