Abstract
⺠We present a new method for obtaining antenna proteins in their native form. ⺠“MicroRotofor” and mass spectrometry allow us to identify LHCII proteins. ⺠We reveal changes in the concentrations of LHCII subunits during acclimation. ⺠The novel contribution of this study lies in the accuracy, precision and stability. ⺠We obtained crucial information of Lhcb1 isoforms during acclimation.
