Abstract

âº High temperature tolerance in transgenic plants has mainly been achieved by over-expressing HSPs or HSFs. âº High temperature tolerance in transgenic plants has not been adequately quantitated under field-level stress conditions. âº Gaps limiting production of transgenic plants with greater tolerance to high temperature are discussed.
