Abstract
The apparent temperature minimum (Tmin) for bacterial growth as an index for the temperature adaptation of the bacterial community after 2-months' exposure to incubation temperatures of 0-54 °C. Below 30 °C, the temperature adaptation of bacterial growth remains unaffected. Above 30 °C, the bacterial community adapts to the higher temperatures, as shown by nearly 1 °C increase in Tmin per 1 °C higher incubation temperature.
