Abstract
⺠The ligninolytic enzyme activity varied depending on depth and pH of forest floor. ⺠The activities of Mn peroxidase and laccase were detected in less acidic L layers. ⺠No activity of Mn peroxidase was detected in acidic FH layers. ⺠The high activity of lignin peroxidase was detected in acidic FH layers (pH < 5.0).
