Abstract
⺠7 polymorphic microsatellites were developed for the earthworm Aporrectodea icterica. ⺠COI-based DNA barcodes revealed 2 highly divergent lineages in this species. ⺠Nuclear data showed that lineages are interbreeding and form part of a sole species.
