Abstract
⺠Field trial using contemporary urban organic waste like sewage sludge, composted household waste and human urine as fertilizer. ⺠Microbial diversity of the soils was investigated using tag-encoded pyrosequencing. ⺠No major changes in diversity were found due to soil treatments. ⺠QPCR of specific groups of bacteria was used to obtain an estimate of the number of all bacteria provided by pyrosequencing.
