Abstract
⺠Biostimulation with mushroom cultivation substrate removes PAHs in soil effectively. ⺠MCS changes the abundance and community compositions of soil microflora. ⺠Alfalfa antagonizes the bioremediation effects of MCS. ⺠The changes in PAH profile suggest an involvement of fungal laccase.
