Abstract
⺠We studied the impact of biological pesticides on AM fungi at pot and field scale. ⺠We used mycorrhizal colonization, plant growth and DGGE analysis to identify effects. ⺠Spinosad, pyrethrum, terpenes did not affect colonization and community structure. ⺠Azadirachtin had a significant and persistent impact on the mycorrhizal community.
