Abstract
⺠Lichen Solorina crocea produces two forms of laccases - large and small. ⺠Small laccase can be obtained from the large form. ⺠Purified small laccase is close by its properties to laccases of basidiomycetes. ⺠Large laccase has low oxidation potential and is less resistant to high temperature. ⺠Both laccases of S. crocea can depolymerize and decolorize soil humic acids in vitro.
