Abstract
⺠Olive cultivars support low values of the plant-parasitic nematode index indicating high disturbance of the field soil. ⺠Morphological and molecular (T-RFLP) analysis differentiated nematode communities from 16 olive cultivars. ⺠This study is the first evidence of an effect of the olive genotype on nematode community composition.
