Abstract
ⶠSown wildflower strips had positive effects on useful plant and invertebrates. ⶠThe current practice of sowing strips with simple grass mixtures had few beneficial effects on useful plants and invertebrates. ⶠNaturally regenerated strips harboured undesirable crop weeds and were unpopular with farmers.
