Abstract
ⶠSoil quality (SQ) was assessed in a 10-year-old poplar short-rotation coppice (SRC). ⶠSRC improved SQ compared with agricultural and uncultivated systems. ⶠSRC under three harvest frequencies (T1, T2 and T3) increased differentially SQ. ⶠT1 and T2 affected positively arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal abundance and diversity. ⶠT3 improved the majority of chemical and biochemical parameters.
