Abstract
This study shows that 75 ppm hydrogen peroxide for 30 min could be for a way to eliminate B. seriolae, N. girellae, and Z. japonica when they infect commercially cultured S. dumerili. In addition, the treatment with 75 ppm hydrogen peroxide for 6 h did not negatively impact fish survival, swimming ability, and appetite. Thus, treatment of cultured S. dumerili in a bath of 75 ppm hydrogen peroxide for 30 min should control these monogeneans.
