Abstract
► Endemic probiotic Bacillus sp. was used to control tilapia pathogenic bacteria. ► FISH is a powerful tool to evaluate the probiotic bacteria candidates in fish guts. ► Decrease of pathogen number showed the probiotic efficiency in tilapia juvenile.
