Abstract
► A 100-day experiment was conducted with juvenile crayfish (P. leniusculus, Astacidae). ► We tested levels of pea protein concentrate (PPC) from the onset of exogenous feeding. ► Levels of PPC were related to the amino acid content of diet and survival and growth.
