Abstract
⺠Mito-gynogenetic torafugu was induced by UV irradiation and cold shock treatments. ⺠Whole-genome sequencing was performed using the DNA from a mitotic gynogen. ⺠Genome-wide SNP analyses revealed that the mitotic gynogen was doubled haploid. ⺠We established genome-wide SNP analyses method for homozygosity assessment.
