Abstract
⺠Isotopic analyses were applied to assess nutritional contributions to L. vannamei. ⺠The incorporation of fish meal, soy protein isolate and corn gluten was determined. ⺠Corn gluten supplied higher amounts of dietary nitrogen and carbon than fish meal. ⺠Information on the suitability of plant-derived proteins as ingredients is presented.
