Abstract
- We examined learning two durations in a dual fixed-interval paradigm.
- An information model predicted 27% slower learning when doubling the criterion duration.
- A change-point algorithm was used to identify changes in rats' wait time.
- Analyses indicated a sudden change in wait-time proportional to the criterion.
- It took longer to acquire the long duration, not different from the prediction.
