Abstract
⺠Used a daily time-place learning task with a high response cost. ⺠Rats trained to climb tower A in morning and tower B in afternoon. ⺠Sprague Dawley rats go to correct place at correct time; Long Evans rats do not. ⺠Increasing number of trials does not improve performance. ⺠Replicated findings of Widman et al. (2000) using male rats.
