Abstract
⺠We studied rate of nectar secretion in four abundant bumble bee-pollinated boreal forest understory forbes. ⺠Nine years earlier, the forest stands had received experimental logging treatments. ⺠The treatments were: clearcut, 50% green tree retention, and unlogged controls. ⺠For three of the species, rate of nectar secretion was similar across logging treatments. ⺠Major habitat change via logging had strikingly little influence on nectar secretion.
