Abstract
Dexmedetomidine-butorphanol-midazolam combination provided reliable sedation and adequate muscle relaxation in L. catta. Alfaxalone proved to be a useful drug for induction and maintenance of anaesthesia and might be considered an option for injectable anaesthesia in lemurs.
