Abstract
Two hundred and sixteen polymorphic RAPD bands detected in 55 interspecific hybrids were divided into four types: AB type (both-parental type) which was presented in both female parent and male parent, Ab type (female parental type) which was presented in only female parent, aB type (male parental type) which was presented in only male parent, and ab type (non-parental type) which was presented in only hybrids except their parents. The number of AB, Ab, aB, and ab type bands were 33 (15.3%), 56 (26.0%), 50 (23.1%), and 77 (35.6%), respectively. The proportion of parental type bands to non-parental type bands was two to one and only 54.6% of four type bands coincided with expected ratio.
