Abstract
⺠Spiroplasma is a novel crustacean pathogen infection of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. ⺠Flow cytometry was used to detect the immune responses of hemocytes. ⺠THC changed obviously during the spiroplasma MR-1008 inoculation for 28 days. ⺠Three distinct sub-populations in hemocytes could be identified by flow cytometry. ⺠Three sub-populations showed differential involvement according to the pathogen.
