Abstract
⺠HdIκB possessed conserved motifs, PEST domains, ankyrin repeats. ⺠HdIκB revealed ubiquitous expression in the analyzed tissues. ⺠Transcriptional profiling post poly I:C challenge in hemocytes showed up-regulation. ⺠Transcriptional profiling post LPS and VHSV challenge in hemocytes showed induction. ⺠mRNA profiling post bacterial challenge in hemocytes revealed up-regulation.
