Abstract
⺠A long-term T cell clone, KoThL5, was established from carp (Cyprinus carpio). ⺠KoThL5 expressed one type of functionally rearranged TCR-α, -β and -γ mRNA. ⺠KoThL5 cells expressed CD4-1 and GATA-3 but did not CD4-2, CD8 or T-bet. ⺠After PHA stimulation, the expression of IL-4/13B was enhanced in KoThL5 cells. ⺠The expression of IFN-γ, -γrel, IL-4/13A and IL-10 appeared insensitive in KoThL5.
