Abstract
► We present the first transcriptome of ayu macrophages. ► We have generated a microarray for profiling gene expression patterns in ayu macrophages. ► We characterized large-scale gene expression profiles of ayu macrophages treated with LECT2. ► LECT2 enhanced phagocytosis, bacterial killing and respiratory burst in ayu macrophages.
