Abstract
► CsCasp10 identified from cDNA library of Channa striatus. ► It contains two DED at N-terminus and p20 and p10 subunits at C-terminus. ► CsCasp10 highly expressed in gills and is up-regulated by fungus and bacteria. ► Proteolytic activity (PA) of CsCasp10 is 2.5 units per μg protein. ► PA of CsCasp10 in kidney and spleen induced by fungus and bacteria.
