Abstract
⺠Isolate and characterize the transactivation response RNA binding protein (designated as PmTRBP1). ⺠PmTRBP1 was elicited by systemic injection of bacterium and virus. ⺠PmTRBP1 remarkably induced by viral nucleotide analogs. ⺠PmTRBP1 might function in tiger prawn antibacterial and antiviral response.
