That First Impression

This paper discusses the avian patient and the unique requirements for their veterinary hospital experience. It emphasizes the need for exceptional customer service that is provided by a well trained and helpful staff. The use of the computer to provide information for the client and help the veterinarian and the entire staff in managing the case is explored.
