Abstract
⺠We identified a Kunitz-type proteinase inhibitor gene from Solen grandis. ⺠SgKunitz exhibited a broad expression patterns in tissues. ⺠SgKunitz could be induced significantly by PAMPs stimulation. ⺠Recombinant SgKunitz could inhibit the activity of trypsin and chymotrypsin.
