Abstract
Associate degree nursing (ADN) programs are faced with the challenge of developing nursing students' critical thinking abilities and skills proficiency. This article discusses the potential role of podcasts as an innovative teaching strategy for nursing professors to implement principles of adult learning while developing the critical thinking skills of ADN students.
