Abstract
To reduce medication administration errors by student nurses, this initiative focused on the education of clinical faculty in key areas of the medication process. Faculty development sessions addressed clinical supervision, Quality and Safety Education in Nursing, the rights of medication administration, and the impact of interruptions during the medication administration process. Outcomes indicate an increase in near-miss medication errors, indicating a need for further monitoring and faculty development.
