Abstract
Developing innovative and creative learning experiences can contribute to academic success and retention of students. This article presents collaborative posttesting as one such pedagogical strategy and examines its impact on overall student examination performance. Comparisons of examination grades during a semester in which the intervention did occur with those of a semester in which it did not reveal that this intervention has a variety of benefits for students.
