Abstract
Are students learning in your postclinical conferences or “counting the minutes” until they are done? There are many outcomes of learning that can be achieved in a clinical conference if planned in advance. The purposes of this article are to provide guidelines for nursing faculty in planning postclinical conferences for their courses and suggest varied types of conferences that can be used in them.
