Abstract
“Clicker” technology is an emerging educational tool available to nurse educators. Clickers can provide a means of assessment during class, improve attendance, increase interaction, create a fun atmosphere, and add a media-enriched environment that today's nursing students' desire. This article offers a pedagogical basis for clicker use and describes best practices and faculty recommendations.
