Abstract
► Monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) to hemocyte of crab, Scylla serrata were produced. ► Immunofluorescence assay using MAb showed strong reaction in granular hemocytes. ► Semigranular cells showed weak fluorescence and hyaline cells showed on reactivity. ► The MAbs showed cross-reactivity with hemocytes of other species of crabs.
