Abstract
In this study, a phosgene-free route for the thermal decomposition of HDC to HDI was demonstrated over Zn-Co bimetallic supported ZSM-5 catalyst. Bimetallic supported ZSM-5 catalyst revealed the deposition of ZnCo2O4 on the ZSM-5 support. Furthermore, bimetallic supported ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited greater performance for the thermal decomposition of HDC to HDI than monometallic supported ZSM-5 catalyst.
