Abstract
A fluorescent aptasensing strategy based on a metallocyclodextrin-tris(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) complex containing six cyclodextrin units (6CD-Ru) with much enhanced fluorescent signal by ATP (adenosine triphosphate)-aptamer (ssDNA), was developed to detect ATP quantitatively, exhibiting high sensitivity and specificity.
