Abstract
Hollow nanospheres (Ï: 30-50Â nm, wall thickness: 8-15Â nm, cavity diameter: 10-20Â nm), consisted of UO2 nanoparticles (Ï: 3-5Â nm), were successfully obtained by the radiolytic reduction of ammonium uranyl tricarbonate in the HCOONH4 aqueous solution through gas-bubble assembly mechanism.93
