Abstract
In this short review, two strategies for designing efficient room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials are discussed: one is promoting intersystem crossing (ISC) efficiency and the other is suppressing molecular motion. Recent progress on RTP from purely organic materials is classified and summarized.70
