Abstract
⺠Heterogeneous damages in radiotherapy are explained by a Markov chain. ⺠Explained variables are the cell and tumor lifespans. ⺠The mean value of the tumor lifespan is approached by a log function. ⺠Tumor control probability can be derived from the tumor lifespan. ⺠The appropriate treatment planning is deduced from a ROC curve.
