Abstract
⺠Cry1Da toxin is active against Spodoptera littoralis. ⺠The corresponding LC50 was evaluated to 224.4 ng/cm2. ⺠Extensive damage was detected in Cry1Da-treated larvae. ⺠Cry1Da recognized midgut putative receptor of about 65 kDa. ⺠Homologous competition showed high specificity of Cry1Da toxin to its receptor.
