Abstract
► Upon challenge of Beauveria bassiana, immune-associated PLA2s were significantly activated. ► RNAi of Toll or Imd signal pathway using dsRNAs specifically suppressed SeToll or SeRelish. ► dsRNA to SeToll significantly inhibited activation of PLA2, but dsRNA to SeRelish did not in the fungal infection.
