Abstract
► Oral ingestion of Photorhabdus supernatants was completely lethal to Bemisia tabaci. ► Transcript levels of genes related with immunity and neurons were up-regulated. ► Transcript levels of metabolism-related genes were down-regulated. ► Oral ingestion of toxins altered physiological process at transcription level.
