Abstract
Homogentisic acid γ-lactone exhibited excellent anti-quorum sensing (QS) and anti-biofilm activities against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Moreover, it suppressed the QS-dependent virulence factors in P. aeruginosa by quenching its QS signal molecules.
