Abstract
⺠Orosensory attribute intensity was reduced among overweight participants. ⺠Liking was related to attributes of orosensory perception. ⺠Liking was scored lower in overweight vs. normal weight participants. ⺠Stress vs. rest reduced orosensory perception in normal weight participants. ⺠Stress vs. rest reduced liking in overweight and normal weight participants.
