Abstract
⺠A microfluidic platform to detect biogenic amines production is presented. ⺠The amplification reaction is performed directly in a real food matrix. ⺠The assay is carried out in about 30 min and requires only 150 nL of sample. ⺠The developed method enables the detection of down to 15 bacterial cells.
