Abstract
⺠Immobilisation of Salmonella changes the heat stress response compared to planktonic growth. ⺠A combination of immobilisation and heat stress induces flagella and SPI1 gene expression. ⺠A combination of immobilisation and heat stress induce the invasion ability of Salmonella to HeLa cells.
